The enquiry form prepares a message containing the details you enter. In the default configuration it is not sent automatically: you choose whether to send it using your email or WhatsApp application. These providers handle the message under their own terms.
Planning tools and browser state
Visa Finder, readiness, cost and checklist answers are processed in the browser and are not stored by these tools. The page does not collect passport scans. Downloaded summaries are saved to your device at your request; protect or delete them as appropriate.
Hosting and external services
The host may process technical request data to serve and protect the website. Destination images are delivered by Unsplash and fonts by Google Fonts, so those providers receive ordinary web requests such as IP address and browser information. Links to governments and communication services open external services.
Retention and requests
The public tools do not retain questionnaire answers. If you contact the business, ask about the retention and handling of your correspondence and any case records before providing sensitive data. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied; applicable obligations and verification may affect the response.
