Distinguish the different charges
Government, appointment, translation and other third-party payments may be subject to the provider’s own rules. They should be separated from Open World Visas service charges in your records.
How to make a request
Email info@openworldvisas.com with your name, case or invoice reference, the service and the action you are requesting. State whether you want work paused or cancelled, and ask for written confirmation of the status.
A refusal does not decide the refund position
An immigration decision and delivery of the agreed service are different matters. Any refund assessment must consider the engagement terms, work completed and applicable rights. Do not assume that approval or refusal automatically determines the result.
